One spring, Eri, a Holstein cow, falls in love with Sawa, a Jersey newcomer. Eri idolizes Sawa and longs to be close to her, to become one with her. To refine her intense feelings for Sawa, Eri subjects herself to ascetic practices and rituals of her own making. In a world where those who do not bear children are disposed of, Eri has fallen for someone who shares the same fate.

This animation reflects on childhood memories of growing up with a cat, and the search for a comfortable home shared by living creatures.

In "Polyrhythm", you will create three characters and calibrate the screen to match three rhythmic sounds. The difference in rhythm will create an animation with a narrative quality.
"My Title" is a workshop where participants create an animated story using a short randomly selected song title and five sound effects.
Both animation techniques are free, and they ask how ideas and stories can be created under limited conditions.

Two short workshops will be held over two days. One is "Animation Circus" and the other is "Polyrhythm". Both workshops are based on the relationship between sound and animated images. In "Animation Circus", randomly selected sound effects will be expressed using animated movements. The aim is to synchronize sound and movement in a synesthetic way. In "Polyrhythm", you will create three characters and calibrate the screen to match three rhythmic sounds. The difference in rhythm will create an animation with a narrative quality.
